Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Thumpy iOS application, made by Aura Crafts LLC ("we", "us"). By using Thumpy you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Subscriptions

• Thumpy requires an auto-renewable subscription (Thumpy Pro). All app features require an active subscription or free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Unused trial time is forfeited on purchase.
• Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.

Not medical advice

Thumpy is a wellness app that displays and summarizes your own Apple Watch data. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified health provider with questions about your health. Never disregard professional advice because of something shown in Thumpy.

Data accuracy

Thumpy depends on data recorded by your devices and Apple Health. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of that data, or of estimates derived from it (such as heart rate zones based on an estimated maximum heart rate).

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, abuse, disrupt, or resell the app or its services, and not to use automated means to overload our AI service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Thumpy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Crafts LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the app or on this page.
